About Dr. Melissa C. Verde

Dr. Verde received her Bachelor of Science degree at University of Central Florida, and a Post-Baccalaureate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

She attended Dr. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois to achieve her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.).

To complete her training, Dr. Verde performed a two-year surgical residency at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami, Florida.

Dr. Verde has had the privilege of providing podiatric medicine and surgery in the Central Florida area since relocating here in December 2005.

The goal of her practice is to provide high quality healthcare to patients; as well as to allow them a pleasant, warm, intimidation-free experience. Because maintaining proper health is often a "team effort"; she and her team encourage open communication and interaction with other medical specialties.

Dr. Verde welcomes patients of all ages and activity levels into my practice and is well experienced in conservative and surgical treatment of the foot and believe patients will find this to be a professional and pleasant doctor visit.

About Dr. Raluca Wojciechowski

Dr. Wojciechowski is a skilled podiatric foot and ankle surgeon serving the Central Florida area. She places high value on balancing conservative and surgical solutions to help her patients stay active and pain-free. She is passionate about engaging with patients and tailoring care to the individual.

Originally from Chicago, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago with Cum Laude honors. She then earned her medical degree from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine where she gained membership to the Pi Delta Honor Society in recognition of her academic achievements. She went on to complete a rigorous and highly regarded surgical residency in Orlando, Florida where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. During her residency, she received advanced training in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery, trauma, and sports-related conditions.

Her surgical expertise includes bunion correction, foot and ankle arthritis, flatfoot deformities, minimally invasive surgery, and sports-related injuries. She also treats conditions such as Achilles tendon pathologies, plantar fasciitis, and ankle instability.

Outside of work, Dr. Wojciechowski enjoys spending time with her husband and their two energetic Jack Russell Terriers. She loves swimming, catching up on her favorite TV shows, and making the most of Florida’s beautiful weather year-round.
